About us

Established in 2004, Hornsby Trucks was previously known as East West Automotive and functioned as a mobile mechanic until February 2009 when the business moved to its current location and officially became Hornsby Trucks. Owner and operator Troy West has been a mechanic since 1988, gaining experience over the years in maintaining and servicing everything from motorcycles to heavy vehicles. It was his passion for trucks that eventually won out with Troy specialising in Japanese trucks including Isuzu, Mitsubishi and Hino, as well as 4WDs and diesel diagnostics and repairs. Troy and his team take pride in consistently ensuring that their customers’ expectations and needs are met.

The workshop at Hornsby Trucks is fully equipped with the latest tools and equipment, ensuring that all repairs, big or small, are completed to the highest standard.
